Cancellations and Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours will be charged 40% of restocking fee, unless previously agreed otherwise.
The only exception is if merchandise ordered has been discontinued.
All specials orders will be delivered within 3 months of purchase date. Merchandise will remain property of Direct Factory Buy LLC until balance is paid in full. Special orders can be canceled after 48-hours, but your deposit will be kept as a restocking fee for the item.
When a refund has been agreed upon, the wait is 10-14 days for it to be processed. It may be made by check or refunded back to the credit card.

Merchandise:
Once an item order is placed with the manufacturer, we are at their mercy and their delivery schedule. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped. All sales are final after the delivery has occurred. All standard manufacturer warranties apply.

Deliveries:
Deliveries generally begin at 10 A.M. and continue until finished.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT PROMISE EXACT TIME OF DAY.
Your delivery time will be affected by various factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather situations and how long it take to deliver other merchandise on the truck. Please be sure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into the room intended and that all access routes are large enough for the delivery to safely reach the delivery address.
If you wish to change the delivery date once agreed upon then please give us no less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery.

Shipping:
Alternatively, it may be dispatched via a courier company. During this form of transit to ensure that furniture does not get bumped or damaged in any way your item will be strapped to a wooden pallet.
Upon delivery the driver will only be able to maneuver the pallet to a suitable flat concrete surface ( for example a driveway/garage, etc. ). In these circumstances we cannot assemble your furniture. We will discuss each case separately regarding the assembly.

Damages:
If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with delivery agent at the time of delivery.
